Trying to decide on catering for your corporate event is often a struggle. You want to make sure that there is enough food for your guests, that it's appropriate for your guests and that it's of high standard. Unless your corporate event specifically states that it is a dinner or  sit down meal your guests won't necessarily expect a whole meal but it is always nice to supply some sort of refreshments. 

Canapes are hugely popular for networking events and other corporate events where guests may be standing and just want a bite to eat without having to hold a plate of buffet food.

A coffee bar is very common at corporate events, particularly conferences. It is always a nice idea to put on teas and coffees for guests, but a few pastries can always make a huge difference.
